Senior Associate (advokát/ka) in M&A for Prague office

On the day-to-day, you'll:

‍

• support our corporate, M&A, and transaction team with legal issues related to tech startups
• handle cross-border M&A and venture capital financing projects
• manage our clients' corporate housekeeping
• draft and negotiate transaction documentation
• give guidance on employment law issues, including benefits and compensation

Our ideal candidate:

‍

• has a Master’s degree in law
• has 3+ years of experience as an associate or in-house lawyer
• has experience with corporate law, investments, M&A, transactions, and employment law
• has strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• values giving (and receiving) constructive feedback
• has the ability to build and share knowledge
• is proficient in English and Czech/Slovak
