Business Development Leader

Excited about tech and startups? At Eldison, we combine legal expertise with tech innovation to drive startup growth. We’re looking for a big role right now - Business Development Leader who will help us drive revenue growth in Czechia, Slovakia and the US and conquer new markets.

Meet Eldison

Your focus

  • develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and market penetration
  • understand and address the needs of our primary customers - startups and scaleups
  • reflect Eldison’s offerings in all strategic initiatives, reflecting the firm's primary business model
  • build Eldison’s presence in Czechia and Slovakia and expand into other European countries
  • create strategies to multiply Eldison's growing presence on the US market

Your tasks

Business Development
  • help build strong relationships with Eldison’s current partners, clients, and industry stakeholders across all countries 
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations, to expand Eldison’s core offerings (ESOP, investment management, contracting services) in both existing and new markets
  • drive the business development process from lead generation to deal closure
Marketing
  • strategy: Build marketing strategy for all services and products across channels and pillars (content, performance, PR, etc.)
  • content marketing: Oversee execution of content marketing initiatives to attract and engage target audiences through high-quality content across all funnel stages
  • performance marketing: Oversee the and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • PR & events: Collaborate with and guide external PR agencies to support brand awareness in Czechia, Slovakia, the US, and potentially future markets 
Team leadership
  • build and manage a team covering business development, sales, marketing, and PR functions (both internal and external, across locations)
  • foster collaboration across departments to deliver cohesive strategies 
Market insights
  • conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to keep Eldison ahead of trends and well-positioned 
  • use insights to inform marketing, sales, and business development strategies 
Performance monitoring
  • monitor and report on key performance metrics for business growth, marketing effectiveness, and service adoption 
  • use data to refine strategies and drive better outcomes

Our expectations

Our ideal candidate:

  • has a proven track record in sales, business development and marketing leadership roles in B2B sectors (preferably in tech or legal)
  • understands service- and product-driven business models and the startup ecosystem
  • has experience with international markets, especially in Central Europe (Czechia, Slovakia), the US or other EU countries
  • has experience with content marketing, performance marketing and PR 
  • has solid presentation and communication skills
  • is fluent in English
  • is able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • has a data-driven mindset with proficiency in market research and competitive analysis across different regions
  • has worked with CRM, marketing automation tools, and performance analytics platforms
  • is a self-starter with a proactive approach to business challenges
  • is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • finds it easy to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members across different geographies
  • is willing to travel
