Junior Associate (koncipient/ka) in Commercial IT/IP & Data Privacy

On the day-to-day, you’ll: 

‍

• support clients with legal advice on commercial agreements in the tech sector
• review and negotiate commercial agreements across various jurisdictions with external and internal stakeholders
• assist in preparing and revising contract templates and internal contracting processes as clients' products or applicable laws change
• provide legal support to our clients' internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) regarding legal risks and implications of business decisions
• offer guidance on intellectual property and data privacy law, including drafting necessary documentation and contracts

Our ideal candidate:

‍

• has a Master’s degree in law.
• has 2+ years of experience as a Junior Associate or in-house lawyer
• has experience in commercial law, data privacy, GDPR, or IT/IP law
• has strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• values giving (and receiving) constructive feedback
• has the ability to build and share knowledge
• is proficient in English and Czech/Slovak
