For standard needs, like drafting an employment contract or preparing a shareholders’ agreement, we’ll recommend one of our packaged services. For more complex needs, we’ll craft a custom solution tailored just for you. By the end of the call, we’ll have everything we need to start building a proposal that fits you perfectly.

#2 Tailored proposal

Once we’ve understood your challenges, we craft a proposal that fits like a glove. If one of our packages aligns perfectly, we’ll recommend it. If not, we’ll customize an offer based on your needs and preferred pricing structure—whether that’s a flat fee, hourly rate, or a retainer.

Typically, you’ll receive the proposal within a week from our intro call. For simpler tasks, like drafting an employment contract, the process is lightning-fast. Once it’s ready, we schedule a walkthrough call to review it together and ensure it meets your expectations.

#3 Contract signing

This one’s short and sweet. Once you’re happy with the proposal, signing the contract is as easy as it gets. #4 Onboarding call

Your business evolves, and so do your legal needs. That’s why we schedule regular check-ins—every two weeks, once a month, or as needed. These sessions are led by your dedicated partner, someone who knows your business inside out. We also use these check-ins to gather feedback on our work. Are we hitting the mark? What can we improve?
